For several years I worked in the banking and insurance sector, keeping in mind my desire to one day help.

Passionate about plants and natural healing, I have integrated these habits into my daily life. I have also deepened my knowledge in the field of spirituality and esotericism, which brings an additional dimension to mental well-being.

Following a severe burnout, I chose to live my passion, to share it with the people around me, and to support them. This allowed me to get through it and significantly improve my health.
